It's as easy as starting your day by making your bed!
By decluttering and tidying your surroundings, you don't waste any mental energy worrying about the mess, which reduces your stress levels. The same goes for your work/study/any area in your house. Keeping your rooms nice and tidy gives your brain more room to think about other (more fun!) stuff.
Completing this simple task in the beginning of your day also gives you a feeling of accomplishment , which is the best encouragement to have a productive day and complete more tasks.
