To keep your creativity juices healthy, variation is key. So why not start at breakfast? We all have our go-to favorites, but why not try something new? Especially if you are not familiar with plant-based recipes, or if you are just getting into the plant-based lifestyle, this is for you.
Did you know that a plant-based diet decreases the chance on cardiovascular diseases, some types of cancer, type 2 diabetes and obesity? In 2015, the WHO even added processed meat to its list of carcinogens. And then we haven't even started talking about the environmental impact you can make.
Switching to more plant-based foods in your diet is a good start. Go step by step, start eating a vegan breakfast for a month and then go from there.
