Good news: getting rid of your morning mood is super easy and fun. The concept is simple: when your mind is occupied with happy thoughts, there is simply no room for negative ones. An easy gateway to happy thoughts is by expressing gratitude. Do this in the morning for an instant mood-booster, and you will reap the benefits for the rest of the day.

So start your day by writing down 3 things you are grateful for, small or big. Try to add new things everyday, and if there are days where you cannot come up with anything, read through your old notes to achieve the same effects.
This is also fun to do with your friends or family. Simply ask them to share 3 things that made them happy today. Sharing happy thoughts makes the feeling even stronger ;-)
