If you already prepped your breakfast the night before, you’ll have some spare minutes in the morning! Want to turn these minutes into magic?

Use 5 minutes in the morning to set 3 goals for the day, and write them down. Writing it down gives you more focus and determination that helps you to achieve them.

Plus, focusing on 3 goals makes it manageable and doable.

Long-term goals are crucial to success, but without the small daily goals it is easily to get demotivated. Plus, when you have to split your bigger goals in smaller chunks, it is much more easy to get started.
