  1. Line the oven dishes with baking paper. Place the cut out cookie cutters onto the baking paper.
  2. Take a tablespoon and spoon into the cut out forms: Coco Start Mango or Coco Start Natural. Make sure to fill them at least half the height.
  3. Cover the oven dishes with a piece of aluminum foil. Place into the freezer for at least three hours or overnight, until the yog is fully frozen.
  4. Roast the almond flakes in a dry frying pan on medium heat. Toss regularly for even browning.
  5. Take a cheese slicer(or grater) to shave flakes from the white chocolate.
  6. Before you start serving, make sure you have all the necessities ready: plates and cutlery, the ice cream scoop in a glass with warm water, the roasted almond flakes, grated white chocolate, desiccated coconut.
  7. Take the dishes out of the freezer. Each time, take hold of a cookie cutter and turn it a quarter turn to the left or right.
  8. Sprinkle a tablespoon of dessicated coconut on each plate. Follow with a scoop of Coco Frost Vanilla or Coco Frost Mango & Passionfruit ice cream and two cut out frozen yog figurines. Garnish with some almond flakes or/and white chocolate flakes to taste. Serve immediately.
