Coffee fig trifle with coconut yog

  1. Crush the gingersnaps.

  2. Mix the fig jam with half of the espresso, it should remain a bit of a thick mixture.
  3. Now make layers, starting with the fig-coffee mix, then the Abbot Kinney's Greek Style yog, and then the crushed chatter heads.

  4. Garnish with 3 coffee beans (you can't eat them!)
