Swirling Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie ingredients (serves 3-4):

Duration: 15 min

  1. Put all ingredients from the smoothie part into a blender and pulse until silky and there are no lumps left.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and dress with granola (try our homemade Nutty Granola!) banana, fig and a big spoon of almond butter.
  3. Left over portions can be stored in the freezer until needed again. Take it out of the freezer at least 1 hour before you want to eat it.
