Close your eyes and breathe

Is life asking a lot of your patience lately?

A well-known way to cope with overwhelming feelings is through meditation. Meditation has many science-based benefits, one of which is improving your attention span.

Try an app (we like Headspace or Calm), and take 3-5 minutes in the morning scanning your body with your eyes closed. Even just a few minutes a day can make a big difference.

This helps you to focus and handle stress easier during the rest of the day.
