Place the following ingredients in a food processor: Coco Start Original, avocado, cocoa powder and the date. Mix the ingredients until a firm chocolate mousse forms.
Wash the orange and grate the zest.
Squeeze the orange, pour the juice into a saucepan and let it simmer slowly.
Add the chopped apricots, turn off the stove and let it soak for a while.
Take a bowl or a deep plate and add the Almond Daily Delight, followed by some granola, the coco&choco mousse, orange zest, apricot and mint leaves.
