Vegan Mango tartlets
Tropical tartlets for any occassion. Easy to make, easy to impress.
Drop the following ingredients into a food processor: Coco Start, avocado, cacao powder and the date. Blend until mixed well and chocolate mousse arises.
Wash the orange and grate some zest.
Cut into half and squeeze the orange juice into a saucepan and bring to simmer.
Add the chopped apricots and turn off the stove and let it soak for a while.
Take a bowl or a deep plate and add the Almond Start, following with some granola, the coco & choco mousse, orange peel, apricot and mint leaves.
