Chocolate mousse made with coconut yog and dark chocolate
This vegan chocolate mousse is rich, creamy and delicious as a dessert. Every chocolate lover needs to try this!
1 jar granola | preparation time 10 minutes | 30-40 minutes in the oven
Preheat the oven to 160˚C and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
Melt the coconut oil in a pan over a low heat and add the banana, agave syrup, lemon juice and lemon zest.
Once the coconut oil has melted, turn off the heat and stir until a smooth mixture is formed.
Add the coarsely chopped nuts and all dry ingredients together in a bowl and stir well.
Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and toss until everything is well mixed. Divide the mixture as evenly as possible on the parchment paper and put the baking tray in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
As soon as the mixture is golden brown, remove the baking tray from the oven and let the granola cool completely before storing in the preserving jar.
